What’s that? You’re looking for a Tablet PC blog from a nursing perspective? Well, here it is.
Not much yet, but I’m eager to see how the blog progresses.
Maybe a good early entry would be one that lists the top five or so ways that the author sees that Tablets can be used to improve the nursing practice.

Hmmm, my wife is a nurse, she said the Motion model I used to have was too heavy, and typically from all the running around they have to do, it would be difficult to carry the tablet constantly. Also she hated that she had to constantly power the tablet back up from hibernation. If it wouldn’t hibernate it couldn’t last a 12 hour shift that she and most nurses work.
I let her play around with it one night, but as busy as she got, she would rather jot down notes on an actual paper rather than carry the machine around. She works in Oncology which is much less busy compared to some other floors.
