The Tablet Community Gathering at CES is on a roll. We now have a place and time: Saturday, Jan 8, 2005 from 10AM to 1PM.
The Tablet team is graciously letting us use one of their meeting rooms for the three-hour gathering. Now, talking Tablets is enough to get me there, but for those who might need to rekindle their sugar levels, there will be refreshments and lunch too. What more can you ask for? Well, how about some giveaways? We’re still working on the details, so no promises yet. We’ll let you know as soon as things become more firm. No matter, this is going to be a blast.
There are sure to be some great new products at CES that we can chat about and I bet Tablet enthusiasts like James Kendrick and Peter Rysavy will bring along some knock-out gadgets or ideas that’ll be a must see. Here are some of the people that have expressed an interest in getting together at CES. Of course, in addition to this list, there will be Tablet team members too. So if you’ve always wondered why things were done this way or that, or you have a Tablet suggestion, you’ll surely enjoy talking with them. If we’re as lucky as last year, maybe someone will bring along a new Tablet or software.
As was the case at last year’s Comdex and CES Tablet gatherings, space is going to be limited. Loren, due to an unfortunate situation (I wrote about it on my site) I won’t be able to attend CES. I was so looking forward to meeting all you great folks but it’s just not going to happen. Maybe next year.
