I have no personal experience of this and don't know what to say - so I'll just mention that you have a Cornishman rooting for you.

Sorry to hear about your chemotherapy and hope your oncologist can get a plan together for you. I post about healthcare and a lot lately about pharmacogenomics on the blog as so much is in the pipes right now for trials and otherwise. It's a mixed bag but there's a lot on there about tablets, relative to healthcare. I use your Share KMC all the time, desktops too, comes in very handy, very nice little program.

I don't have time to code much anymore and do more consulting but I didn't have the time to devote to retrain myself from VB6 to dot net, have played around a bit and keep on top of the technology as it relates to Silverlight and LINQ and occasionally take in a MS developer tech event. Stop over and take a look if you need a break from your blog. It is wonderful summer time over there in the Phoenix oven, good time to go to the mountains for a little escape. I grew up there, I remember the hot summers well!
