Plastic Logic builds out content platform and partners

Plastic Logic’s eReader is getting one step closer to reality. Today it’s announcing content distribution partnerships as well as an open platform for content. This light weight device is definitely going to shakeup the eReader market as long as it’s not too expensive. I’m holding my breath on the price aspect of this because up to this point the company keeps describing it as a “business eReader.” To me, when someone labels a product as appropriate for businesses rather than let’s say schools, they’re telegraphing to you dollar signs. Big ones.
